Tags in Eat App are a great way to make sure you are tracking the information that matters for each of your guests or reservations.

Reservation Tags

When creating/editing a reservation, you have the option of adding in special reservation tags. These tags will help your staff stay notified of any special requests or reservation details that they may otherwise forget.

Reservation tags can be added in when creating a reservation and also when modifying a reservation. By default, every restaurant will be pre-populated with a default set of reservation tags.

Custom Reservation Tags

To add custom reservation tags to Eat App. Log into your restaurant on admin.eatapp.co and click on the "Tags" tab at the top of the page. Here you will be able to add in as many custom tags as you want which will now be available anytime you add/edit a reservation.

Guest Tags

When editing a guest profile, you have the option of adding in guest tags. Guest tags will help you track special preferences of loyal guests to give them a great dining experience every-time they dine.

To add a guest tag, head to the guests section and click on any guest. Click the "Add Tag" button to select as many tags as you want.

You can also attach tags to guest during the process of creating a new guest. By default, every restaurant will be pre-populated with a default set of reservation tags.
