Learn how to view and dispute your Eat App invoices
Eat App restaurant partners can view invoices and create disputes against their monthly invoices.
Start by heading to admin.eatapp.co and log in with your Eat App user details. This will take you to the advanced restaurant settings page where you'll be able to navigate to the "Billing" tab.
From here, click on "Invoices".
Select the invoice you want to view from the left side bar.
After an invoice is selected, a snapshot of the invoice will appear, and in order to view the full invoice click on the full invoicebutton.
The process below highlights how a customer can submit a new dispute against an invoice in Eat App. Once submitted, the dispute will be reviewed by a member of our finance team before either approving or rejecting the dispute.
To start, navigate to the invoice in question. Once in the invoice, scroll down to the bottom where you'll find the option to click "Dispute Covers".
